Loopcut

Image to 3D for Blender

A picture or a prompt to a textured 3D model.

Send Loopcut a reference picture, a description or both, and a textured GLB comes back in 1 to 5 minutes, ready for Blender: $0.80 for a finished model, $0.25 for a quick draft. Then remesh it into clean quads in the cloud, from $0.05 a mesh.

A stylized wooden treasure chest with iron bands, made by Loopcut's image generation
Real jobs, 20 October: image generation drew the chest for $0.06, then picture to 3D turned it into a textured model with quads for $0.80. Right: that file, turning in Blender.

Prices

Draft, final, then remesh.

Paid from Loopcut credits (1 credit = $0.01). Every job is quoted first, and a failed job is refunded.

Draft

$0.25 a model

Quicker and cheaper: 25 credits.

Final

$0.80 a model

The full model: 80 credits. PBR materials and textures by default, or geometry only.

Cloud remesh

From $0.05 a mesh

Clean quads or triangles at the face count you pick, with the textures baked onto the new mesh.

5–60 credits depending on the mesh; you approve the most it can cost first.

Questions

Can I turn an image into a 3D model in Blender?
Yes, with Loopcut. In the Loopcut app, the agent turns a reference picture or a description into a model in your scene. From Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, the connector's image_to_3d tool does the same and downloads a GLB. It's made for new props and concept meshes, not exact CAD.
How much does it cost?
$0.80 for a finished model and $0.25 for a draft, paid from Loopcut credits (1 credit = $0.01) and quoted before it runs. The same request again within 24 hours is free once, and a failed job is refunded. The free plan adds 100 credits a month.
What format is the model?
A GLB with PBR materials and textures, or geometry only if you turn textures off. Import it with bpy.ops.import_scene.gltf.
Is the topology clean?
Not guaranteed. Models come as triangles by default; quads are a target, not a promise of clean edge flow, and surfaces the picture doesn't show are inferred. Cloud remesh rebuilds the mesh with clean quads or triangles at the face count you pick and bakes the textures onto it, from $0.05 a mesh.
Does it work in ChatGPT or on claude.ai?
From a prompt, yes: add the Loopcut connector and sign in. A model from your own picture needs the connector on your computer, in Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, or the Loopcut app, because that's where the file is. Cloud remesh isn't offered there.
Is my picture used for training?
No. The privacy page lists who runs image to 3D and what their terms say about training and how long files are kept.
